We have the main advantage that we have our own processing unit (CS TEXTILE PROCESS) with modern HTHP soft flow machines used in dyeing, whereas electronic color measurement and dyeing technology ensures uniform colouring.Our processing unit is a leading marketer as a market leader due to service capabilities, Besides a wide variety of washing is done for removing fibers from the fabric and making it neat,spotless with a soft feel.Washes like enzyme wash,silicon wash, vintage wash,stone wash,bio wash,and several other types are used.our highly skilled experts helps for processing the fabric with utmost precision and a accuracy.

Yarn
Yarn is the most important and primary requirement to make the fabric looks the best and feel better. We have regular supply from standardised quality yarn Mills to achieve all types of yarn’s and count’s
Knitting
We can source the latest and advanced technology machineries to knit the fabrics like Mayer & cie, Reiter to produce various qualities of knitted fabrics right from 100 gsm to 400 gsm
Printing
All over print on knitted fabric using multi color rotary printing machine stormac for reactive,pigment,discharge and so more printing.
Placement printing ranges like 1 to 14 color of plasticsol non-pvc,glitter, discharge,foil,high density,flock,digital printing and digital transfer form fully automated printing machine and table printing.
Embroidery
Highly advanced Tajima machine with 20 heads makes it easy for us to craft the finest embroidery designs.These automated embroidery machines elegantly handle any design with punching,designing & applique cutting.
Garmenting
Garments are manufactured in most sophisticated machines using the latest state of the art technology in our production unit. Our wide range of machineries include Juki,Brother and Pegasus.our production is the key for success which keeps us growing in this competitive industry.
Finishing
Quality checking
Once the garments are manufactured quality professionals will conduct through checking and ensuring the quality of the apparel is satisfactory and conforms to the high standards fashions.
Ironing
Approved apparel is sent to steam- ironing to make them absolutely wrinkle free and visually appealing. We use state of the art steam ironing machines , complemented with manual labour to handle bulk garments at a time.
Packing
Well ironed garments are neatly packed with care,tagging and sorting out for shipping.Designated packs are placed inside the carton or hanger packs based on customer’s requirements.
